Missionary Trip to Dubai

Dubai is a city that focuses more on business and economic activity. However, when Lord Jesus called me to go to Dubai, I heard, “I will guide you more once you are there.” I was surprised that Lord wants me to travel to Dubai, the United Arab Emirates while leaving my family behind and home church in Lahore, Pakistan.

Walking in faith, I waited for the arrangements of VISA, ticket, and accommodation.

The Lord surprised me with softening the hearts of many brothers and sisters in my small home-based church and ministry in Pakistan, Second Adam Church, and Ministries. I got funds from my local congregation and other brothers and sisters in my circle for traveling.

The process was too fast, and I traveled to Dubai within four weeks of the calling from the Holy Spirit.

Before five days of traveling I was preaching in a family with the following reference:

1- Samuel 17- 17-29

Where Jesse is asking his son David to take this food and go to the battlefield and find out the conditions of your brothers there, give them this food and take back a sign from there and report me.

When I was reading this reference, the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, “Did you notice something about this, Usman?”

I asked the Holy Spirit what?

“The Lord said to me, Jesse has asked his son David to care for brothers on the battlefield but I had asked you to travel to Dubai and find brothers there who are in the spiritual warfare — fighting with hard earning conditions, living in an unhygienic environment without caring for their health, required to work extra hours and many others devils stopping them from going into Sunday fellowship and Bible studies.

And David was unaware how he will face Goliath there but I am sending you with the full awareness that you have to fight with dark forces of the devil there. Your Christian brothers and sisters are in great need, so get ready and support with your full heart and the resources I will provide you.

I gave victory to David because he trusted me and had no fear for Goliath and I will give you the same victory if you fearlessly walk in faith similarly David did for me.”

Dear brothers and sisters, I am here in Dubai now, and I am living in labor rooms or low-rate apartments to experience the life of brothers living in poverty and struggling here. I want to help them in seeing the truth+order+love, how they can learn the Word of God and trust in Jesus more than anything instead of working for low-paying jobs and missing the Sunday fellowship or weekly Bible studies. They can get a small business or good jobs if they show faith in Jesus. We will show them how. Also, we will show them how to spare time for Bible study and how personal prayer connections and reading the Word of God can open the eyes of their hearts and can lead them to a better life in Christ Jesus.

But I need support from brothers and sisters from all around the world who have compassion and love for these struggling Christians here who do not know how to break the chain of the enemies and receive the salvation of Lord Jesus Christ.

Donate to the following PayPal ID:usman40@gmail.com today. I believe the Lord will open the heavenly floodgates of blessings for those helping these stuck brothers and sisters who are helpless and do not know what to do.

Five Ways to Build up a Habit of Reading the Bible Daily

Are you interested in building your habit of reading the Bible every day? Probably the most common question we get from people who want to follow God’s will and read His Word. The Bible is an important book for every Christian, and it’s worth making time to read it daily.

It seems like the Bible is everywhere these days, but still, people are saying “I don’t read it often enough,” or “I only read the Bible on holidays.” That’s fine, but there are still many ways to get into a habit of reading the Bible daily.

It’s time to practice one of the most important habits that can make or break our success for eternity. Don’t you want to make sure you are reading the Word of God daily? For this reason, we’ve put together 7 tips to help you build up a habit of reading it daily.

1. Pray for a hunger for God’s Word

Today is a special day: we’re celebrating the Word of God. Today we’re talking about reading the Bible. Whether you read it once a week or once a year, the Bible is a book that’s important for all Christians. It’s a book that affects us in all aspects of our lives, and it’s a book that we need to read. But, even with all its power and influence, reading the Bible is not easy. The Bible is the word of God, and it can be very confusing. We have to have a hunger for God’s word to be able to read it. We have to have a hunger for God’s word so that we can understand it.

2. Set a specific time

One of the most important things in your daily routine is your time management. It is very important to ensure that you have a specific time for reading the scriptures. You have to have the habit in your daily routine to have the time in your schedule to read the scriptures.

3. Read consecutively

One of the most popular Christian traditions is the act of reading the Bible, or at least part of it, each day. It is said that this helps you grow deeper spiritual knowledge. Start with one passage at a time. You will start noticing changes in your life. If you are willing to give it a shot, you can discover how much better you will be able to interpret the Bible’s words and make sense of them.

4. Turn your heart to the Lord

Every time we read the Word of God, it’s good to first turn focus and our heart to our Lord Jesus Christ. Before you start reading the Bible, make a little prayer and ask for guidance from God to help you better understand whatever you’re going to read in the Bible. Praying a short prayer at the start will help you understand what the Lord would like to speak to us through His Word.

5. Guard against distractions

Finding your place in life is all about balance. Some people need to read their scriptures daily, while others don’t need to read their scriptures every day. Some need to be in church on Sunday, while others can not stand to be in church on Sunday. Some need to work on Sunday, while others need to rest on Sunday. The point is that while the balance is important, it is not always possible or desirable to have a balance while reading the scriptures every day.

So, whenever you sit to read the bible and make your connection with Lord, make sure you put your phone on silent, tell everybody not to disturb you, and focus fully on the Word of God.
